Challenge

The Nowakowski family bakery produces 144 tons of bread daily, and every 30 minutes a truck loaded with bread leaves the bakery. It also, addressing the needs of a rapidly evolving retail market, developed an innovative method of baking and freezing bread, while preserving its qualities without compromising quality. The new website was intended to showcase a wide range of products for the company's international clients. The task was to create a modern and transparent website while emphasizing the company's traditional, family-oriented model and the natural qualities of the bakery's bread.

Bringing back the spirit of traditional baking

Dedicated content was created to evoke thoughts of natural baking methods and connect with the family tradition of the company. Illustrations of bread and the baking process, crafted by Joanna Walczykowska, were perfectly suited for this purpose. Additionally, photos of the bakery's products in natural arrangements and daylight were captured, complemented by pictures from the family's archive.

The main three sections (Product Presentation, Baking Process, and Company History) were featured in the Page's main navigation, and within the Company's History section, a timeline showcasing key milestones, starting with the founding by Grandfather Antoni, was presented.

Small details make a big difference

The entire website has been designed to be scalable for mobile devices and incorporates micro interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
