This website is operated by Piotr Nowicki. It is a personal portfolio website showcasing my UX design work.

What data I collect and why

I use PostHog to collect anonymized analytics data in order to understand general website usage and improve the user experience.
This may include:
• Pages visited and time spent
• Clicks and interaction events
• Device type, operating system, and browser
• Approximate location (country or region)
• Traffic source (e.g., search, referral, direct)

The analytics setup does not record session replays or collect IP addresses. Analytics identifiers are stored only in your browser’s local storage and are never shared with third parties.

Tools used

• PostHog Cloud (EU) — configured with no IP collection, local-storage-only persistence, and no session recordings.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the visitor’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics begin only after you accept cookies for analytics purposes. You can withdraw or change your preference at any time by clearing your browser’s cookies or site data.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained by PostHog for up to 12 months.

Data sharing

No personal data is shared, sold, or transferred to third parties. All analytics information remains aggregated and anonymized.
